| I absolutely love your products, and I don't even have a gluten allergy! My friend introduced your pumpkin muffin and carrot cake to me over a year ago, and the rest is history! Everything you make is so delicious, and much more healthier than the regular stuff. I don't usually even like muffins, but now I take the long route from work home just so I can stop off at the store to pick a couple of yours up! I never thought I'd like anything that didn't have gluten in it, but now I'm hooked! Thank you for your great work in providing not only options for people with gluten allergies, but healther options for the rest of us too! | |||

| I just bought the carrot cake from Charlene's Health Food Store in Sydney, Cape Breton and I am amazed at how delicious and "normal" it is!! I have had celiac now for 3 years and this is my first taste of a carrot cake in that time. This is so moist and incredibly tasty!! Thank you so much for making the effort to give us food that we enjoy :) | |||

| HOLY MOLY your carrot cake is the best gluten-free cake I've ever tasted! My mother (back home in Mississauga, ON) surprised me by ordering this cake for my 20th birthday, then my boyfriend picked it up at the farmer's market on Saturday. My mom was so worried that it wouldn't work out, but everything worked out perfectly and to top it all off, this cake is absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for not only making my mom extremely pleased that she could still provide me with a birthday cake (even when she's all the way in Ontario)BUT ALSO thanks for baking this masterpiece of gluten-free heaven. LOVE IT! - Kirby | |||

I have just recently found out that I have a senstivity to Wheat and Glutenous Grains. I have found the transition from my old pantry and fridge contents to be relatively painless except for one area. Bread. I have tried every single gluten free bread available at every store in Halifax. Most were thrown in the compost, one brand was returned to the store. I had come across a couple of "pretty close" options which I eat on a usually bi-weekly basis, to fill that "bread" craving... until I was at Pete's Frootique in Bedford last night and spotted a loaf of your Potato Millet Bread and snatched it up immediately. (I work on Saturdays and find it near impossible to get to the Halifax Farmers Market before all of your treats are nabbed) On the way home from the store, I kept reaching over and kneading the bread - shocked at how "bread like" it was... all the while thinking that it was just a hoax and would be just like the rest of them when I got it home. I immediately opened the bag (I am not kidding) upon my arrival home. The smell was mouthwatering. How could this be gluten free bread??? I popped one fat middle piece into the toaster and buttered a heal for my curiosity. I can't even tell you the thoughts that ran through my head as I ate that first piece. I actually checked the bag to make sure it was in fact gluten free. :) The toasted piece was demolished in two seconds... and then another... and another this morning... and I will have french toast for the first time in months tomorrow (my personal fave breakfast!) Needless to say, half the loaf is gone and it has only been in my house for 24 hrs. Thank you for creating such wonderfully amazing gluten free food for us to eat! |

Let me first start by saying that when I first seen your display at the Farmer's Market in Pier 21, I was so Happy!
I just recently got diagnosed with Celiac disease and after learning that I thought my life with food was over... Until I see your products. I have tried the Bread, Butter Tarts, Brownies, Cookies, Focaccia Rounds, Granola... pretty well everything you offer. It is all so delicious!! I also love how you have the Weight Watcher points on your website for people like me who are also following Weight Watchers. Your products are all so delicious and honestly they taste better then non gluten free stuff. Your bakery has been a god sent to me. I look forward every Saturday to going to Pier 21, You guys are also so friendly and helpful in explaining how to store and keep your products so they stay fresh, They also always have a big smile. | Once again Schoolhouse Gluten-Free has made my Thanksgiving! Knowing that I am able to enjoy delicious biscuits, cranberry stuffing, and pumpkin pie that rivals any gluten-filled equivalent is great during the holidays. Also, the fact that I am the only person who eats gluten-free in my house means that ALL the leftovers (which keep great in the freezer) are mine to enjoy later on!Thanks so much for providing consistently delicious products! | |||

I'm so happy with your potato millet bread! I've had celiacs for quite some time now, and I know how hard it is to find gluten free products that actually taste good, but I must say I'm very pleased! I really enjoy your brownies and granola mix as well, very well done! |

Just wanted to tell you how much I love your muffins and cookies..they are some of the best I have ever tasted and I have been working in the restaurant and food businuess for 10 years. I have developed a sensitivity to gluten a couple of years ago and when I started working at the supernatural health food store which sells your muffins, carrot cake, cookies and granola, I fell in love. I first tasted your chocolate cranberry cookies at the Halifax Farmer's market last year and they were so good I didn't want to share them with my friends (usually I'm very generous)!!! Thank you..you make amazing food...and I can tell it's made with love. |

I have been enjoying your wonderful products now since I received one of your Holiday Baskets as a Christmas gift in December 2009. I was thrilled with the gift and excited to be able to try a variety of your products. When I first began to remove gluten from my diet I thought I would never be able to enjoy baked goods ever again. Most of the products available were bland, rubbery and excessively over priced. I not only have a gluten intolerance but am also sensitive to corn, which cuts out most of the gluten-free products available at the supermarket. I love with your potato millet bread. It is a good sized loaf, that keeps fresh in my refridgerator for a week (though it rarely lasts that long). It cuts well, smells like heaven in the toaster and tastes excellent. I especially love it in the mornings, toasted and topped with cinnamon and almond butter. I feel sorry for any gluten tolerant person that may not feel this bread is for them - they are missing a truly unique and very flavourful bread product. My other favourites are your holiday stuffing - which isn't surprising since it is made with your great bread - but as well, it is seasoned to perfection. I also love the brownie bites ........ I keep them in the freezer and take out one at a time when I have a craving for something a little sweet or chocolatey. My other favourite is the carrot cake - I thought I'd never be able to eat cake again. Your carrot cake is as good as any gluten carrot cake I have ever had. I look forward to what you may come up with next and feel confidant that your business will continue to flourish and grow ... truly unique and good things have a way of doing that. All the best and thank you for making gluten-free a tastier choice. Gwen |

| I was diagnosed with celiac disease about a year ago. Someone told me about this potato-millet bread that you could buy at the farmers market or at Planet Organic that was so good you didn't have to toast it! I happened to wander past Planet Organic today and I found it and bought some. I was skeptical about not having to toast it, but I tried a piece untoasted. Amazing! It tastes so good! I had to check the ingredients to make sure it actually was gluten-free! I can't believe it's so good, and you can just cut a piece off the loaf and eat it. I am hooked forever. Thank you!!! | |||

Over the holidays I purchased the stuffing and I enjoyed every bit of it. It is easy to prepare and if you make homemade with reg. bread you can't tell the diiference by looking at it.There was alot of flavour and texture to this product, I would recommend this to anyone it is awesome. I also purchased a Apple Blueberry pie as well so I would have something for dessert. Well I don't think they could have added anymore to it if they tried it was like a picture in a magazine and a taste to die for, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would order another one in a heart beat. The blueberries tasted like they were fresh from the garden not spoiled in the making of the pie at all. I am so pleased to be able to buy these products and completely enjoy a holiday dinner with the family again. Thank you again Aidan & Jen keep up the great work. Cheers Rhonda M. |

I picked up some of the Foccaccia bread that Jen had e-mail about having and was very pleased with the product. I gave up on trying to make a good garlic bread for pasta and this definitely solved my problem. I enjoyed it very much, I have cooked it in the oven two different ways and both were great. For a crunchy bread without foil and to keep it soft and chewy I loosely wrapped foil around it and cooked it each time about 5 min. Very happy with this and will be looking for more as time goes by, thank you Jen & Aidan keep up the great work!!! Cheers |

| I have been planning to do this for a while now. Sometimes it is hard to find the words. My husband and I have two little boys. Our youngest son was diagnosed May of this year with Celiac Disease. He was only three years old at the time. As you know it is a challenge to offer children healthy foods that they will actually eat. We have gone gluten free as a family and both boys not only eat every gluten- free goodies product we've ever tried... but they are begging for more. Celiac or Non- Celiac, gluten- free goodies are great for the entire family. Delicious and nutritious, that's just what we need. Aidan & Jen, we appreciate all of your research and the outcome. Our tummies thank you too. We are hooked on gluten- free goodies! | |||

I visited Halifax farmers marker whilst enjoying a recent vacation and although I don't suffer from any kind of food allergy, your goodies looked too good to resist. They taste great and made a welcome addition to my snack pack for the journey home. I'm looking forward to my next vacation when I'll have an excuse to come to the market again. Thank you. |

| I am fortunate to have tried a small selection of goodies and though I am not on any type of diet, I certainly am going to have some of these products in my kitchen. The Granola is wonderful with just the right sweetness and the brownies rival and dare say exceed any other you can find in bakeries. Fantastic! Eating healthy does taste good! Who would have thunk it? | |||

| At long last ....... great quality Gluten-free goodies in perfectly sized portions, that look as good as they taste! I'm having a hard time choosing my favorite (because I love them all) - but your East Coast Crisps deserve a mention, as they really are pure genius! They taste great on their own, but I love to serve them with cheese and wash them down with a nice glass of wine…..Mmmm. | |||

I have Crohn's Disease and it was recommended by my doctor that I cut gluten out from my diet. Over the past 3 years I have tried nearly every imaginable gluten free product. The taste and health factor is definately lacking from these treats. Not with Gluten Free Goodies. Aidan has put the taste back into these healthy treats. I no longer dread being on this diet and look forward to the creation of yet another healthful treat. The brownies are my favorite! |

I had an opportunity to sample some of your granola prior to heading out on a hike. Paired with a plain yoghurt, I found it to be delicious with just enough sweetness to make it a tasty energy boost. Usually during a hike, I need a snack to get through; however, I found I had enough energy without needing anything more. Thanks so much! |
