Bourbon Glazed BBQ Chicken w/ Grilled Peaches

Grilling season is officially here! There’s nothing better than a meal prepared on the BBQ; tastes just like summer! Try this easy, quick and delicious recipe. Certain to impress your guests and super yummy, too!



  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp. dijon whole grain mustard
  • 5 fresh peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil 

The Steps to Take

Step 1

Place chicken breasts, bourbon, garlic, brown sugar, soya sauce and mustard in a shallow dish and ensure chicken is well covered in marinade. Seal and refrigerate at least 8 hours, mixing once.

Step 2

Heat grill to high. Preheat cast iron pan on grill for 10 min.

Step 3

Grill chicken breasts and heat up remaining marinade and broth in cast iron pan. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Reduce to low heat.

Step 4

When chicken is done, place in cast iron pan.

Step 5

Grill peaches directly on grill rack 2-3 minutes per side and place in cast iron pan.

Step 6

Carefully remove pan from grill, serve and ENJOY!
