- 2 cups local apple cider or not-from-concentrate apple juice;
- 3 medium carrots (organic if you can);
- 1/2 to 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 cup ice (add another cup of ice if you’d like a slushier version – kids love it. Or, try coconut water ice cubes – they’re a delightful variation!)

Place all ingredients in a high-powered food processor (Vitamix, Ninja, etc) in the order listed and make sure the lid is on tight!
