Get ahead of these wiley bugs and give your immune system a BLAST of super powers!

This Citrus & Ginger BLAST just makes you feel good, regardless of the time of year but seems to work wonders during cold and flu season. It has TONS of vitamins and ingredients to boost the immune system. Give it a try!

Get out your juicer and prep the following ingredients (wash, peel, chop).


  • 1 green or honey crisp apple
  • 1 Chinese pear (or 2 x Bartlett pears)*
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 cups water

The Steps to Take

Step 1

Most juicers require citrus to be peeled, seeded and as much pith removed as possible. Check what your juicer requires you to do.

Step 2

Stick with the Chinese pear if you can get it as it really lends a deep flavour to the juice.

Step 3

Makes 1.5L and keeps for a few days in the fridge, and flavours intensify!
