The Steps to Take

Step 1

Line a quarter-sheet pan (12-½ x 9-inches) (32×23-cm) with parchment paper.

Step 2

Chop the dark chocolate into small bits and place it in a pot or a large microwave-safe heatproof vessel. If using a pot, melt the chocolate over low heat until almost completely smooth. If using a microwave, cook the chocolate for 2 to 4 minutes at half power (time will depend on individual microwaves) until almost smooth. Give the melted chocolate a stir to dissolve any last remaining lumps and pour it onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3

Spread the chocolate evenly over the baking sheet. An offset spatula works well for this. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to break up any air bubbles in the chocolate. Let the chocolate sit for five minutes.

Step 4

After the five minutes is up, evenly scatter the Schoolhouse Gluten-Free Granola over the chocolate. Let the granola bark set for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature before breaking into pieces and serving.
