Dark Chocolate Granola Bark
Prep / Cook Time
Prep: 5 mins / Cook: 4 mins
This Dark Chocolate Granola Bark is super simple to make (just two ingredients!), and is a great recipe to make with kids! It makes for a lovely holiday gift, packaged in small bags tied up with a festive ribbon.
Recipe developed by our good friend, food photographer & recipe developer Kelly Neil!
The Steps to Take
Line a quarter-sheet pan (12-½ x 9-inches) (32×23-cm) with parchment paper.
Chop the dark chocolate into small bits and place it in a pot or a large microwave-safe heatproof vessel. If using a pot, melt the chocolate over low heat until almost completely smooth. If using a microwave, cook the chocolate for 2 to 4 minutes at half power (time will depend on individual microwaves) until almost smooth. Give the melted chocolate a stir to dissolve any last remaining lumps and pour it onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the chocolate evenly over the baking sheet. An offset spatula works well for this. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to break up any air bubbles in the chocolate. Let the chocolate sit for five minutes.
After the five minutes is up, evenly scatter the Schoolhouse Gluten-Free Granola over the chocolate. Let the granola bark set for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature before breaking into pieces and serving.
