Pear or Apple Cake


1 x 8″-round cake

  • 1/2 cup butter + 1 tbsp (can substitute with non-dairy butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 pears or apples sliced
  • 3/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

The Steps to Take

Step 1

Melt butter, set aside. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Grease 8-inch pan well. Place fruit in bottom of pan. Cover the entire bottom.

Step 3

Blend sugar and eggs.

Step 4

Add flour, almonds, baking powder. Blend well.

Step 5

Pour in butter, Blend well.

Step 6

Pour evenly over fruit.

Step 7

Bake for 40-50 mins at 350 degrees.

Step 8

Let cake stand and settle in pan 5 minutes after you take it out of oven.

Step 9

Turn onto plate then turn again.
