Here’s a classic carrot cake — sweet, lightly spiced, moist, topped with can’t-get-enough-of-it cream cheese icing. Our allergy friendly twist on this cake is that it contains pineapple to up the moisture level and does not contain nuts. You won’t believe it’s gluten-free!





Ingredients: organic cane sugar, carrot, eggs, canola oil, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, pineapple, potato flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder
Icing: cream cheese (milk), icing sugar, butter(milk) and vanilla.

Allergy Alert: This product contains eggs and milk products and was cooked in a facility that uses tree nuts.
