We’re super proud of our tasty granola. It’s our own innovation, and completely unlike anything available on the market. Crunchy clusters loaded with flavour and nutrient dense ingredients. Made with locally dried apples and cranberries. A great way to get your motor running in the morning with yogurt or on its own to re-fuel anytime during the day. Use as a cereal, salad topping, over ice-cream or sprinkle over anything to add a little crunch. Suggested serving size: 2-3 tablespoons.

This product is vegan.


Ingredients: organic quinoa puffs, organic quinoa flakes, organic brown rice syrup, water, unsweetened coconut (sulphites), almonds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, organic unsulphured raisins, maple syrup, dried apples, dried cranberries, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, and organic cinnamon.


Allergy Alert: This product contains sulphites and  tree nuts.

    I can’t praise this highly enough. It is the best granola I’ve ever had – GF or not. It’s delicious and high-protein, so only a few tablespoons keeps me going until lunchtime. I always take some with me when I am traveling and I eat it right out of the bag. In fact I’m pretty sure it has saved my life a few times when I was traveling in a place with no GF options whatsoever. My devotion to this product is famous. Friends and family know when they come to visit me in Toronto they’d best show up with a bag! I’m thrilled that I can order it online now. Thank you Aidan and Jen, your food is so, so good!

    This granola is perfect for so many things. A small bowl with milk and berries first thing in the morning is totally filling due to the protein packed nuts and quinoa. The dried berries, raisins, and apple pieces also make it a delicious addition sprinkled over any dessert like apple sauce, yogurt or ice cream. I also add it to sweet spinach salads for a bit of extra crunch. I also love eating it straight from the bag as a snack. Super crunchy, packed with nutrients, and extra tasty. It’s my favourite.
