A fluffy bread that bakes tall in the pan and makes for “real bread” slices that have a delicious and consistent texture. The bread does not have to be toasted to taste good and will not crumble on you. If you do toast it, it fills the room with an aroma of fresh baked bread. It does contain lactose, but is also yeast-free and nut-free.  Enjoy grilled cheese and French toast again!!!



Ingredients: potato starch, plain yogurt (milk), eggs, millet flour, organic cane sugar, butter (milk), flax flour, baking powder, xanthum gum, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, salt

Storage Suggestion

It can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container or bag for one week instead of being stored in the freezer.  It comes sliced and ready to go if you prefer storing it in the freezer and taking out as needed.

    This is my absolute favourite gluten-free bread! Love it toasted with nut butter and banana, or topped with a fried egg, tomatoe, avocado and greens.

    This is a good sandwich bread. Much better than any gf bread that you’ll find in a grocery store! It’s much heartier and tastier than other breads.
