This week for 'Things We Love' on the 'Be Well' blog, Aidan chats about some of the challenges that can come along with leading a gluten-free life. Nothing impossible to manage, of course, but it's important to plan ahead whenever you can. There are times, though, when there's just not enough time to make all of your own snacks and meals. In those moments, Aidan feels totally comfortable reaching for the delicious, nutritious vegan gluten-free bandha bar!
