This is unlike any gluten free hamburger bun you’ve ever had. Why? Because it doesn’t taste gluten free. No, seriously. It’s got a soft yet chewy texture with exceptional flavour. It’s multi-purpose, great for sandwiches and BQQ’s alike. It’s nutrient dense and is actually good for you. It doesn’t crumble. Although delicious grilled or heated too, you don’t have to toast it! You can even make a sandwich for work or school the night before and put it in the fridge overnight and it will not be soggy! BBQ’s and grilled sandwiches will never be the same! We can’t really say enough good things about this bun other than… you will love it!

Ingredients: brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, plain yogurt (milk), milk, organic cane sugar, butter (milk), pectin, yeast, sea salt, cream of tartar, potato flour, soya lecithin.

Free of: gluten, wheat, peanuts, sesame seeds, corn, sulphites and preservatives.

Storage Suggestion

In moderate conditions at room temperature for a few days. Please note that this product contains yeast and is preservative free. Keep refrigerated if in a warm area, slice before storage. Also freezes well.

    Never soggy, perfect for a burger or sandwich. Cuts extremely easily and doesn’t fall apart! Love this!
